At dawn and dusk, we see light move ardently throughout the trees, hills, and rivers. This glow showcases wondrous colors, interesting textures, and gilded forms that we do not often see. The late Don Biehn and fellow Plein Air artist Megan Miller paint the shifting landscapes around them, while photographer Lars Samuelsson and potter Adam Gruetzmacher dive deeper into intentionality in their processes. In Slow & Shifting Light, these artists ask you to deliberately slow and rest on what they have captured. An artist reception will be held on Thursday August 27th from 6-8pm. Slow & Shifting Light will be on view from August 27-October 4th.
